catyuyThe place that I am currently contracted at offered me a job which is great. Then they sent me all this confusing log in information for different sites which wanted digital signatures but wouldn't let me sign so I had to print them out but they all came out with SAMPLE stamped on them. I had to run and pee in a cup yesterday for drug tests but I had to do it on my lunch hour.
My Supervisor and Trainer were slightly helpful but of course both were off today when I needed help printing something off and then faxing it. I almost murdered (in reality: broke down sobbing over) the fax machine until someone else going through the same insane process figured out how to send them. All of this had to be completed in 48 hours. So I went through a whirlwind of emotions: Excited, nervous, unhappy, frustrated, then finally satisfied.
Of course here's the rub. At 8pm I got off work. I checked my self phone and low and behold there is a message from someone at noon telling me I didn't accept something in an email. I immediately double check the emails I've received and don't see anything that I haven't already done. I try to log into the sites to make sure I didn't miss anything there but of course the 48 hours are up and my info is expired. So I call him back, explain that I was working OT and only just got off and had my phone off while I was at work so I've only just received his message and I cant find what he is referring to.
The worst part is that I've been told that if everything wasn't completed in those 48 hours then I don't get the job. *SCREAMS*
So I'm sitting here stressed out of my mind, hoping that they give me this fucking job because I need the benefits and the health care.
